Cory pairs his background in finance and corporate accounting with hands-on experience in real estate to deliver property management with both strategy and heart. Raised in South Louisiana and deeply rooted in the community, Cory is known for his down-to-earth approach and commitment to doing things the right way. Whether he’s handling leasing, maintenance, or client support, Cory treats every property as if it were his own. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with Mary and their kids and exploring everything the Northshore has to offer.

Mary Cheramie, CPA

Co-Founder & Broker

Mary is a third-generation real estate professional, a CPA, and a proud Mandeville transplant. With a strong foundation in accounting and years of experience managing investment properties, Mary brings a rare blend of financial expertise and genuine care to every property she manages. She’s passionate about helping clients protect and grow their investments, while always keeping service personal and transparent. When she’s not working alongside Cory, you’ll find her chasing their three kids or supporting local community causes.
